Salt, Coriander, Chilli, Garlic, Cumin, Onion Powder, Ginger, Lemon Juice Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Red Peppercorn

Marinate 500g of Chicken breast (boneless) or 300g of Paneer cubes with 2 tbsps ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 25g Kalra's Tandoori Masala and 4 tbsps thick beaten yoghurt Cover and refrigerate the marinated chicken or paneer in a bowl; 3 hours if chicken and at least 1 hour if paneer Skewer and grill the marinated chicken/paneer in a pre-heated oven at 200°C or a few minutes on the tawa or tandoor Bast the chicken/paneer with oil or butter, turning occasionally for atleast another 10 minutes. Remove from the skewer and serve hot, garnished with onion and tomato slices, coriander leaves.
